We try our hardest to find the perfect car for you. However, the car delivered to you is based on your choice and the professional association’s roadworthiness report. You accept that we are not responsible in any way for the condition of the car either when it leaves England or when arrives to you in New Zealand. You accept that if you are in any way dissatisfied with your car you will only look to a remedy with the seller of the car whom you paid directly.
As we were set up and operate as an English company, the contract with us is covered by English Law and the English Courts.
